information. This notice describes the privacy policy and practices
followed by Click Management. This notice explains what types of
information we collect and under what circumstances we may share
it.
What information does Click Management collect and how is it
used?
To process and fulfill your order or request, we need to know
your name, e-mail address, billing address, credit card number,
expiration date, and other information that the sponsoring
organization (such as Bloomsday) may request of you or that is
necessary to complete your order or provide customer service. When
you process an order or request using Click Management's service,
we provide the necessary information about you to the sponsoring
organization and/or other necessary third parties (such as a credit
card company for billing) to ensure the successful fulfillment of
your order or request. Click Management does not provide your
credit card numbers or account passwords to sponsoring
organizations. Information provided to the sponsoring organization
is subject to their own privacy policy, which is not affiliated
with Click Management's Privacy Policy.
In addition to the information we collect directly from you, we

compile this information into a statistical aggregate. We use this
aggregate information for internal business and administrative
purposes, including to improve our website, our product and service
offerings, our operations, and our customer service. We may
disclose this aggregate, non-personally identifiable information to
third parties.
Does Click Management store credit card numbers?
For the security and privacy of your information, Click

except that which is required during the normal processing of your
payment. Third parties (such as the merchant bank or processor) may
store your credit card numbers as required to complete your
transaction. However, Click Management does not permanently store
such information on its systems.
How does Click Management protect personal information?
To protect the information you provide us online, we use
multiple levels of security. When you access our website, we
require the use of industry standard "Secure Sockets Layer" (SSL)
encryption. This encryption standard may be updated from time to
time as industry standards change. By encrypting all of your
personal information before it is sent over the Internet, we can
help prevent unauthorized access to your information.
Does Click Management require the use of cookies?
Yes. When you visit our website, you can access general
information, without revealing your personal identity. However, in
order to help us identify you during a transaction, registration,
or for future site visits, we use "cookies" to track your visit. A

computer hard drive and retrieves later to expedite your visit. The
cookie will not request, require or collect personal identity
information and you remain anonymous. Your personal information is
not accessed by or stored within a cookie in any way.
